Therapy for the things that feel hard to say

FOR PROFESSIONALs & Organisations

Supervision, training and consultation in shame-sensitive practice.

Shame is the emotion most likely to be in the room and least likely to be named — in therapy, in classrooms, in safeguarding conversations. My clinical and research work centres on making the unsayable discussable, and I offer that expertise to practitioners and organisations in these ways:

Ways to work with me

Clinical Supervision

Reflective supervision for psychologists, therapists and trainees. My approach: supervision is a relationship — one where rupture can be repaired and where you're valued not just as a clinician, but in the fullness of your humanity. Draw on my experience in CFT and psychodynamic psychotherapy for a rounded approach to making sense of complex moments.

Boys, Shame and Online Sexual Harm

Training for professionals. In the UK, 91% of sextortion cases involve boys aged 14–18 (National Crime Agency), yet boys are the least likely to disclose. Built on my doctoral research, this training covers how masculine norms turn victimisation into silence, the euphemisms distress hides behind, and how to be an adult who is safe to tell.

Hearing What Men Don't Say

CPD for therapists and services. Why men underuse services, what shame does to male help-seeking, and clinically useful ways to work with clients who experience shame due to being shaped by competitive ranking systems. Grounded in my research on men, shame and social rank. Adapted CPD available for therapists and services working men who have experienced trauma related to disasters and war environments.

Supporting clients who engage in chemsex

CPD workshop. Based on my clinical experience working with co-occurring substance use and in the psychosexual service, and co-authored clinical guidance in the Cognitive Behaviour Therapist: non-stigmatising, sex-positive, trauma-informed approaches to supporting people who participate in chemsex.

Cognitive Therapy for PTSD (CT-PTSD)

CPD workshop and consultation. Improve your confidence implementing cognitive therapy for anxiety and post traumatic stress disorders. Check in with model adherence, designing behavioural experiments and managing the process as well as content of cognitive therapy sessions.

Highly Sensitive Temperaments

CPD workshop and consultation. Improve your confidence understanding environmental sensitivity as a trait, it's connection to anxiety sensitivity, overlap with neurodivergence and its interaction with biological fluctuations.

Flourish Mindfully London: Yoga Mindfulness and Creative Techniques for Practitioners

Truly embodied practitioner support. Dr Eve is a certified Zen Yoga Teacher, attending to the mind-body connection throughout clinical practice. Creativity through art, movement, and drama therapy for dynamic workshops and restorative bespoke 1:1 sessions.

Self Help for Clinicians

Bespoke workshops and 1:1 supporting you to develop and tailor your own self-guided practice, from the inside out. Using formulation to support you to choose the approach that would suit you goals, and most of all: providing a safe space to think about being a clinician, practitioner and a human - holistically. All practitioners welcome.

Speaking, Writing & Training

Alongside my clinical practice, I am committed to sharing psychologically informed insight in ways that are accessible, thoughtful, and relevant beyond the therapy room. I contribute to wider conversations on mental health, trauma, relationships, and emotional wellbeing through published writing, podcast interviews, professional speaking, research conferences, and training.

My aim is to make psychological ideas more widely available without losing depth, care, or clinical integrity. Whether through articles, conversations, talks, or teaching, I value creating work that supports understanding, reduces shame, and helps people engage with psychology in ways that feel meaningful, compassionate, and usable in everyday life.
