Therapy for the things that feel hard to say

Supervision, training and consultation in shame-sensitive practice.
For clinicians who are seeking support in processing, making sense of and being responsive to the things people find hardest to say.
EVIDENCE - BASED CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST BASED IN LONDON providing supervision IN PERSON AND ONLINEÂ
Trauma-informed, integrative supervision for thoughtful clinicians.
I offer supervision and consultation for psychologists, therapists, and other practitioners who want a reflective, structured space to think well — about clinical work, risk, ethics, formulation, and the therapist’s own responses in the room.

My style is warm, collaborative, and open. Alongside case discussion, I pay attention to relational dynamics, shame and perfectionism patterns, and the ways the nervous system shows up in therapy.
Â
Where helpful, I may integrate creative methods (imagery, metaphor, reflective exercises) and a body-aware lens (grounding, pacing, regulation).
